What Do We Mean by "Self-help LLC"?
We regularly get calls and requests for standard LLC documents, including Operating Agreements. While our philosophy always dictates that working with an attorney or group of advisors is the best way to succeed, this is not always desired by all.
Our belief is that to provide competent legal advice, the attorney must be able to sit down with a client and get to know the details of what the client wants to achieve as well as the unique characteristics of the client's situation. Therefore, we generally do not provide "forms" for clients, nor will our office represent clients that we cannot meet with in person. However, we have determined that it is possible in certain circumstances to assist customers who desire a DIY approach to their business without providing specific legal advice or creating an attorney-client relationship.

Use Teton Agents, LLC as its initial Wyoming Registered Agent.
