Jeff Dietzel

Jeff Dietzel was born in Gillette but his father's career took the family to Southern Illinois when he was young. Growing up in the midwest, he was excited to come back to Wyoming after graduating high school. While attending the University of Wyoming and ever since, he has taken full advantage of the outdoors and wide open spaces Wyoming has to offer. His free time is spent with his family enjoying fishing, hunting, hiking, and anything that gets everyone outdoors.
Jeff graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2012. Since then, he has spent his entire legal career in the field of Estate Planning and Business Planning. He feels very fortunate to have had great mentors and friends along the way. Jeff enjoys working with families on the planning side of the law because of the tremendous positive impact it has on everyone. Over the years, it has become clear that a good plan will prevent many problems families face when someone passes. Providing the peace of mind to individuals and couples that they have created a plan that will help their family is what keeps Jeff doing what he does.
In June of 2020 Jeff retired from a career with the Wyoming Air National Guard. He joined the unit while obtaining his undergrad and retired 20 years later as an Instructor Loadmaster. He learned so much from his career including how to balance his family and career as a lawyer with his other career that required deployments to the middle east and many summers spent fighting fires across the American west on the C-130.
